A 2 night minimum stay applies on weekends, unless you are booking less than 48 hours before arrival date. In this instance, you are welcome to book a single night (subject to availability).

A 3 night minimum stay applies to special events in Maryborough, such as the Energy Breakthrough. If you are booking less than 48 hours before arrival date, you are welcome to book a single night (subject to availability). A 20% surcharge applies over the 3 nights of the event.

A 4 night minimum stay applies over Easter, unless you are booking less than 7 days before arrival date. In this instance you are welcome to book a minimum 2 nights stay (subject to availability). If you are booking less than 48 hours before arrival date, you are welcome to book a single night (subject to availability). A 20% surcharge applies over the 4 days of Easter.

A 7 night minimum stay applies from Xmas to New Year, unless you are booking less than 7 days before arrival date. In this instance you are welcome to book a minimum 2 nights stay (subject to availability). If you are booking less than 48 hours before arrival date, you are welcome to book a single night (subject to availability). A 20% surcharge applies over the 7 days from Xmas Eve to New Year's Day.

How to book

Bookings are confirmed once a deposit of 50% has been received. The balance is due no less than 14 days prior to arrival.

Remember!

• For the comfort of all guests, Blue Diamond Cottage is strictly non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke outside the house.
• We apologise that pets are not permitted in the Cottage or on the grounds.
• Your children are most welcome at Blue Diamond Cottage.

 

Our Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel more than 14 days ahead, you will receive a full refund, less a $30 admin fee
• If you cancel more than 7 days ahead but fewer than 14 days ahead, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total rent for the period, less a $30 admin fee
• If you cancel fewer than 7 days ahead, no refund is possible if we are unable to rebook those nights
• If you cancel, we will conscientiously endeavour to rebook those nights. In the event that some or all of those nights are booked by another party, you will receive a full refund on those nights that have been rebooked (less a $30 admin fee)

 

Our Privacy Policy
Important aspects of our policy are:
1. Personal details provided by you to us through electronic responses from this site will not be forwarded, sold or make available in any way to any third party (outside of our own businesses).
2. We may communicate with you again with other information that is complementary to your original request. If we add a new strand to our business(es), we may want to inform you about this if we feel it is in keeping with your areas of interest.
3. Each of these communications will have clear “unsubscribe” or “opt-out” instructions so you can choose not to receive further communications from us. It is not in our interest to continue to send you emails once you have requested to be unsubscribed. If you continue to receive e-news from us after unsubscribing, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation.

All of our bookings are taken through our web facility (see link below).

Dates shown in Red are already booked or awaiting confirmation of booking.

To make a booking:
Select the Night you wish to begin your stay. Then select the last Night of your stay. If you would only like to stay one night select it twice.

You may alternatively book through Noel on 1800 88 66 39. Please be sure to leave your name and phone number (with area code).

Important Notes:
Bookings are confirmed once a deposit of 50% has been paid. Balance of payment is due no less than 14 days prior to your arrival. An email confirmation will be provided with the full details of your stay including your payment receipt. Please read our cancellation policy prior to booking.
